Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information The WORXOUT collects through the iworXout mobile app and our website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We treat your health and personal data with the same discretion we bring to everything we do.

Who we are

The WORXOUT LLC ("The WORXOUT," "we," "us") operates the iworXout mobile application and the website at theworxout.com. We are based at 5825 Covington Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46804. For any privacy question or request, contact us at erin@theworxout.com.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to deliver your coaching experience.

Information you provide

• Account information — your name and email address, used to create and secure your account.
• Health & fitness data — the information you log in the app, including workouts and exercise sets, biometrics (such as weight, body fat, resting heart rate, and sleep), nutrition and food logs, hydration, mood and energy levels, breathwork and mindfulness activity, and journal or reflection entries.
• Messages — messages you send to your coach through the app.

Information collected automatically

• Push notification token — a device identifier used solely to deliver the reminders and coaching notifications you enable.
• Basic usage and device data — limited technical information needed to operate the app reliably and diagnose problems.

How we use your information

• To provide the SWELL Method experience — your daily tracker, training program, progress, and schedule.
• To let your coach review your progress and communicate with you.
• To send notifications and reminders you have turned on.
• To maintain, secure, and improve the app.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your health data for advertising.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and opt in on one of our forms or in the app, we send you transactional text messages such as tour and session booking confirmations, appointment reminders, schedule changes, and account notifications. Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for help, or contact us at erin@theworxout.com or +1 (260) 414-5139. We do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

How your information is stored

Your data is stored securely with our infrastructure provider (Supabase), which hosts our database and authentication. Access is restricted by row-level security so that, by default, you can only access your own records, and only you and authorized WORXOUT coaching staff can view your logs. Push notifications are delivered through Expo's notification service.

Sharing

We share information only with:

• Service providers that operate the app on our behalf (such as our database/hosting and notification providers), under agreements that limit their use of your data to providing those services.
• Legal authorities, when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data and logs from our systems, except where we are required to retain certain records by law.

Your rights and choices

• Access & correction — you can view and update your information in the app, or email us for a copy.
• Account deletion — you can delete your account and associated data at any time from Settings in the app, or by emailing erin@theworxout.com. We will process deletion requests promptly.
• Notifications — you can turn notifications off in the app or in your device settings.

Children's privacy

iworXout is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
